Everywhere Dole operates, we have policies that respect human rights and the International Labour Organisation (ILO) conventions. We support our employees with education, training, and good working conditions, and take steps to positively impact their families and the wider communities, too.

Dole strives to be an employer of choice wherever we operate and as an equal opportunities employer we are committed to demonstrating equality in all that we do. We provide a work environment for all employees that fosters fairness, equity, and respect for social and cultural diversity and that is free from discrimination and harassment.
