One of the core pillars in our employee development strategy is the Key Talent Programme. Launched in 2018 with participants from across the global business, the programme is now in it's 6th year open to high potential employees across Dole

Management Training

We offer management training via our Key Management and Essentials of Management Programmes. These programmes are designed to provide participants with the opportunity to refine and develop their core management skills. Incorporating best practice and recognised management concepts in leading teams and improving business performance. The programmes are aimed at new or soon to be appointed managers and seasoned professionals alike. Launched in the UK in 2020 and now becoming a truly global offering.
